Overview of the Role:

Step into a pivotal recruiting role where youll shape the future workforce of a Fortune 500 energy company! As a Recruiter II youll lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts from technical IT recruiting to college relations programs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic recruiting and hands-on candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for professional technical and non-technical positions
  • Develop and implement college relations and high school partnership programs
  • Partner with search firms and employment agencies to identify top talent
  • Create and manage applicant tracking and flow processes
  • Conduct candidate sourcing screening and interviewing
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with HR officers for policy consistency
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on federal and corporate policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
  • Strong background in recruiting for technical (IT) positions preferred
  • Excellent communication decision-making and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR operations and administration
  • High standards of integrity and reliability
  • Ability to work extended hours and meet attendance requirements
