About the Role

Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Customer Service Specialist for a leading project in the banking this role youll be the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on banking services. Youll have the opportunity to combine customer service excellence with a proactive sales-oriented approach to enhance the client experience.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Base Salary: 1100 (14 months).

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 200 monthly (for 12 months).

  • Meal Allowance (net): 7.63 per working day (totaling 2014.32 annually).

  • Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
    • Accommodation in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with utilities included for only 280/month (deducted from payslip).

    • Airfare reimbursement (economy class) up to 400 after six months of employment.

Work Schedule

  • Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including bank holidays).

  • Future Flexibility: Potential shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Enjoy two days off every week (Saturday and Sunday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support for questions related to:
    • Phone banking ID setup.

    • T-PIN and Postbank app configuration.

  • Act as the first point of contact for general service retail inquiries.

  • Present the companys product range in a sales-oriented and engaging manner.

  • Support central marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate

  • Language Proficiency:
    • German at C1 level (native/near-native).

    • English at B2 level (fluent).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
