Job Summary

Encode and maintain accurate records of all redemption submissions
Verify and cross-check redemption data to prevent discrepancies
Generate periodic status reports for the marketing and finance teams.

Warehouse & Activations Support

Assist with booking organizing and dispatching materials activations and events.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of required items.
Help with inventory checks packing and documentation for warehouse movements.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least a college-level degree or a graduate with 2 years in any course.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic familiarity with messaging applications.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of proper filing and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Office-based work setup hands-on experience
