Job Description
Position Summary:
Manage and maintain workstations and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Work with all aspects of desktop computers including initial installation and roll-out repairs upgrades and day-to-day user support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and Monitors on both Windows and Linux Server.
- Computer/Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
- Data Backup and Recovery.
- Office software Installation.
- Performs monthly preventive maintenance (Software/Hardware).
- Performs configuration and installation of local extensions.
- Coordinates the clients on IT support and project setup requirements.
- User desktop support during shifts and Monitoring LAN/WAN connections.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in BS Information Technology or related course
- At least 6 months of IT Support experience
- Willing to work full-time
- Flexibility to work any shift and on weekends
