Job Description
The Role
As a Full Stack Developer youll play a central role in designing building and scaling a modern SaaS platform. Youll work across the stack from sleek responsive front-end interfaces to robust scalable back-end services. Youll collaborate closely with product managers designers and leadership to deliver a best-in-class product thats both technically sound and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain features across the full stack (front-end back-end and database).
- Build and consume APIs for third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean testable maintainable code.
- Optimize applications for performance scalability and security.
- Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong front-end skills with React (or a similar framework).
- Solid back-end development experience with (or a comparable language).
- Proficiency in working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS marketing automation or lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
