Job Summary
Role: Full-Stack Developer
Priority Location: Latin America (Also open to Europe South Africa)
Working Hours: 40hrs/week with flexible hours and overlap with US Timezone
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: Remote
Salary range: Up to $3500/month

About the Role
We are looking for our first Full-Stack Engineer to join the founding duo and take our platforms from beta to a fully scaled compliant and robust product. This is a critical hire; you wont just be writing codeyou will be architecting the future of recovery support. We are specifically looking for a mission-aligned individual who is passionate about health tech and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Product: Take the existing React Native mobile app and web application out of beta and prepare them for a wider public launch.
- Compliance & Security: Lead the technical implementation and maintenance of SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance to ensure user data is handled with the highest level of security.
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end infrastructure.
- Feature Ownership: Work directly with the founders to prioritize the roadmap translate user feedback into features and iterate quickly.
- System Architecture: Optimize the existing tech stack for performance scalability and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong expertise in mobile development using React Native.
- Proficiency in web development with .
- Experience with Back-end technologies (e.g. ).
- Demonstrated history of establishing or maintaining compliance for regulated environments (SOC 2 and HIPAA).
- Familiarity with G-Suite and leveraging modern AI tools to enhance development productivity.
Soft Skills:
