Job Summary

About the Role: We are looking for our first Full Stack Developer to join the founding duo and take our platforms from beta to a fully scaled compliant and robust product. This is a critical hire; you wont just be writing codeyou will be architecting the future of recovery support. We are specifically looking for a mission-aligned individual who is passionate about health tech and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Product: Take the existing React Native mobile app and web application out of beta and prepare them for a wider public launch.
- Compliance & Security: Lead the technical implementation and maintenance of SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance to ensure user data is handled with the highest level of security.
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end infrastructure.
- Feature Ownership: Work directly with the founders to prioritize the roadmap translate user feedback into features and iterate quickly.
- System Architecture: Optimize the existing tech stack for performance scalability and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- Expertise in React Native for mobile development.
- Proficiency in for web development.
- Experience with Back-end architecture ( or similar).
- Demonstrated experience setting up or maintaining SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant environments.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and modern AI tools for development efficiency.
Soft Skills:
- Mission-Aligned: A deep empathy for those in addiction recovery and a desire to build tools that help.
- Autonomous Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with little oversight.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Able to read between the lines to identify technical debt or security risks before they become issues.
