This is a Hybrid role (2-3 days/week in the Toronto office). Out of province candidates must relocate.
As a Senior Manager in the Branch Channels Technology team you will lead the modernization of branch technology platforms overseeing 23 agile cross-functional pods. You will be accountable for delivering high-impact outcomes through engineering excellence agile maturity and architectural leadership. This role requires a strong background in transforming legacy systems into modern cloud-native domain-driven applications. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer-facing technologies at BMO ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
You will also be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture coaching team members and promoting innovation accountability and continuous improvement.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
