Whats the role
Youll be the organisational backbone for two dynamic teams within Westpac Institutional Bank: Business Controls & Monitoring (BCM) and Financial Crime & Fraud. This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model (minimum three days in the office). Youll work closely with senior leaders and their teams providing high-level administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.
From managing complex diaries and coordinating travel to planning team events and ensuring compliance requirements are met youll be trusted to take ownership of a wide range of tasks. Youll be responsible for onboarding/offboarding and transferring of staff and expense management for the team.
