What Youll Do

As a Project Manager you will:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring profitability schedule adherence and top-quality delivery.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships earning trust through transparency and results.

• Mentor and develop Project Engineers interns and other team members.

• Partner closely with Superintendents to manage schedules budgets and jobsite operations.

• Drive a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement on every project.

• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and communities including sustainability innovation and giving back.

• Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.

What Were Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelors in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven track record managing complex construction projects of varying sizes.

• Leadership skills to inspire teams and resolve challenges with confidence.

• Strong communication abilities - with clients trade partners and internal teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Procore MS Project etc.).
