Job Overview
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate at Bobs Discount Furniture youll bring energy service and leadership to our showroom floor. Youll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bobs Wayhonesty integrity and a customer-first mindsetwhile leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing this service-forward role youll also support team development safety protocols and daily store operations.
This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced sales-driven environment
Track record of achieving personal or team goals
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bobs
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
