Job Summary

Who we are looking for

We have an ongoing full-time position for an Administrative Support Officer based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $72170 to $76019 p.a. plus superannuation.

Were looking for someone to provide administrative support within the Corporate Services Branch organising the duties involved in fleet management the corporate office facilities employee uniforms and PPE.



Description

What youll be doing

On a day-to-day basis youll be:

  • Coordinating fleet servicing maintenance bookings and vehicle records including fuel cards e-Tags and insurance claims.
  • Managingsupplies and office resources across corporate facilities including stationery kitchen and janitorial stock.
  • Administering employeePPE uniform allocations and corporate items such as business cards and name badges.
  • Processing purchase orders invoices and records in line with corporate protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Providing general administrative support to Corporate Services teams ensuring systems and documentation are up to date.
  • Provide Executive support as required.

Were looking for someone with

  • Demonstrated experience inadministrationor customer support.
  • Certificate III in Business or related field (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and time management ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
