Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and and supports the full product line in various processes/ capacities.
Process:Observesand records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns. Follows standard operating procedures.
Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records andmaintainsdata per operating standards.
Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean organized and free of unnecessary guidelines to ensure tools materials and equipment areproperly storedandmaintained.
Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols procedures and regulatory requirements;maintainsmindfulness of self and surrounding workareato promote a safe working environment.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience setting up B3000 Okuma & Tsugami machines preferred
Basic Mechanical aptitude preferred
Basic computer skills (email data entry etc.) preferred
Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred
