Were looking for a President who thrives on ownership bold decisions and driving results. This role is for a high-performing hands-on executive ready to take Hello Garage to the next level. You will lead strategy operations and franchise growth with authority while shaping the culture and future of the brand.
Job Description: Your Impact
If youre a decisive action-oriented leader this role will let you make your mark. You will own the success of our franchise network drive profitability and execute the strategic vision of the company. Your decisions will have immediate impact on growth operations and franchisee performance.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Drive profitability and satisfaction through clear expectations support and metrics.
- Set aggressive growth targets anticipate trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead.
- Champion a culture of high-performance accountability and operational excellence.
- Own P&L performance across franchising corporate operations and product distribution.
- Lead and hold leaders accountable for results; build a team that executes at a high level.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in franchising; proven ability to grow systems and drive results.
- Track record of P&L ownership and measurable business growth.
- Natural ability to lead motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving high-stakes environments.
- Decisive results-driven and comfortable taking calculated risks.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer with franchisees peers and executives.
- Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
