INJECTION MOLD PROCESS TECHNICIAN - 2ND SHIFT (3PM-11PM)
SUMMARY
Responsible for handling plastic resin setting mold tools in/out of the mold presses and/or setting up & monitoring process parameters along with ancillary equipment to produce the quantity and quality of product that meets or exceeds customer requirements. The level of responsibility corresponds to the position level structure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
*High School Diploma or GED preferred or an equivalent combination of manufacturing education & experience. Plastics process experience andtraining highly preferred - RJG/Plausin/Process Training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and read/understand written work instructions.
Reasoning Ability:
Requires general problem solving knowledge ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job the associate is occasionally exposed to fumes toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. Exposure to extreme heat or cold may be encountered. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Work will typically be from eight to ten hours per day five days a week with occasional additional overtime on short notice.
