Job Summary
Were busier than ever keeping industry moving and now were looking for a driven Sales Office Manager to join our team in Newport. If youre ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact this could be your perfect next move.

Youll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team support our customers with everything from parts to tooling and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. A natural leader who thrives in a team environment

Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus but not essential)

Ideally exposure to manufacturing MRO PPE or trade countersbut dont worry full training is provided

Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers

What youll be doing

Lead coach and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service

Set monitor and manage performance goals for individuals and the team

Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth

Oversee sales administration ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently

Build strong customer relationshipshandling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio

Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice
