- Assist in the management and learn all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the mill including production quality maintenance office functions & delivery
- Ensure quality products are delivered on a timely basis
- Facilitate the rotation of the work force in the different sections (receiving mixing bagging & delivery)
- Maintain quality in accordance with FSMA compliance protocols
- Evaluate operations and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance on facilities equipment & fleet
- Maintain DOT compliance
- Observe and learn all aspects of the business functions in order to better manage them
- Continued implementation of the Safety Program protocols along with OSHA compliance
- Population: 699 (2020 census)
