Were seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Corporate business vertical driving strategy and execution for Grubhubs portfolio of innovative B2B products that enable corporate clients to feed and motivate their employees. Beyond Corporate youll also own the entire 3-sided marketplace for large orders (catering group large value orders) across Demand (customer experience) Supply (restaurant partners) and Service (care & logistics) for all order types: regular orders group orders scheduled team orders and catering.
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire corporate client lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success. Youll create seamless experiences for corporate partners and build the tools they need to thrive with Grubhub while optimizing restaurant operations for large orders and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This requires considerable cross-functional ownership across multiple business units - Product Design Engineering Operations Merchant Supply Delivery Logistics and Care teams.
You will have direct responsibility for oversight and thought leadership of multiple product managers within the Grubhub organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering marketing data analytics and design to develop and implement strategies that fuel corporate client growth and drive our business objectives.
The Impact You Will Make
- Help lead and set the companys strategic direction defining and articulating new opportunities in close concert with executive leadership
- Create the vision and articulate the short and long term product strategy for your product team ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap
- Establish key performance metrics across all platforms develop long-term strategies and products to improve them
- Own the corporate client success product and optimization strategies ensuring delivery against key performance metrics
- Build new tracks for corporate client acquisition and growth calculating risks and leveraging strong strategic background to expand our addressable market
- Recruit develop train and motivate high-achieving product managers based on Grubhubs company values
- Work effectively with VP and C-level stakeholders adapting communication style and approach based on audience
- Execute strategy across teams to drive growth partnering with Engineering Marketing Sales and Operations
What You Bring to the Table
- 10 years of experience in digital product management with at least 7 years building and managing teams
- 0 to 1 product development experience: proven track record building products from scratch in ambiguous environments
- B2B and B2C experience with ability to scale growth through product-led strategies without heavy sales reliance
- Startup experience and/or ability to thrive with changing priorities and ambiguity
- Bachelors degree preferred; MBA is a plus but not required
- Large-scale e-commerce platform experience with A/B testing data analytics and SQL proficiency
- Executive collaboration with C-level stakeholders across functions with clear communication that builds trust across hierarchies
- Hands-on leadership style: able to drive execution directly while building and scaling teams
- Strong customer empathy with track record of building customer-centric products
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly across functions
- Strong decision-making capabilities and proven ability to develop financial plans

Base Salary: $232000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors such as the candidates skills education training credentials and experience.
