Role Description: The Product Owner will be a key in the integration and data translation efforts within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) modernization initiative for the retail business. This role is central to improving data quality ensuring integration consistency and driving clarity across capability owners engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical understanding of FSC hands-on experience defining complex data requirements and the ability to turn loosely defined business needs into actionable high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Salesforce capability owners to define and refine business and technical requirements for FSC features including client financial account and household data structures.
  • Translate business goals into prescriptive technical specifications ensuring integration teams understand the why behind each requirement.
  • Guide modernization of data flows between legacy platforms (e.g. Cat O2) and FSC avoiding replication of outdated processes.
  • Drive discussions and facilitate focused war room sessions or thematic pods that accelerate progress and prevent redundant meetings.
  • Establish repeatable well-documented processes to support ongoing org migrations integrations and future scalability.
  • Identify data quality gaps and collaborate with data and engineering teams to create sustainable solutions for data visibility and governance.
  • Provide leadership and structure to cross-functional teams ensuring alignment accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the definition and execution of work orders in a staggered deliverable-based model enabling consistent progress tracking.

Required Skills : Required Experience and Skills 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst within enterprise CRM or financial services environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) architecture data models and integration design patterns. Demonstrated success defining and delivering integration strategies for complex systems and data sources. Proficient in authoring detailed technical documentation data mapping and process flows. Skilled in stakeholder communication driving consensus across business and technology teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks with experience leading sprint planning and backlog refinement. Ability to challenge assumptions and modernize existing processes while maintaining operational continuity. Preferred Qualifications Background in financial services wealth management or customer data platforms. Experience supporting or leading Salesforce data migration programs. Proven ability to design and implement repeatable integration frameworks and documentation standards. Salesforce or Agile certifications (CPO CSM or equivalent) are a plus.
