AECOM is currently seeking a Senior Consultant - Program Management who will support AECOMs PgM Business Line in the East Region and Latin America in cross-regional program management and PMO service delivery for clients with global and geographically diverse operations. This role is focused on assisting in the disciplined orchestration of resourcestime cost people and informationto ensure the successful delivery of complex programs and projects in alignment with client objectives and AECOMs standards of excellence.
In addition to program management responsibilities this position will also support the delivery of Asset Management advisory services. This includes contributing to strategic planning technical analysis and development of recommendations that optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.
Working under the guidance of senior program leaders the consultant will play a key role in the continued evolution of AECOMs program and asset management services by supporting process standardization governance practices and operational efficiency across multiple regions. The position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across global teams while maintaining compliance reporting accuracy and risk management standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in program and project delivery activities including onboarding client-specific requirements and coordinating design and construction efforts for assigned projects.
- Support stakeholder engagement across global and regional teams ensuring alignment between client objectives design professionals and construction partners.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports maintain cost tracking tools and provide high-level budget and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget integrity.
- Contribute to procurement and vendor selection processes including RFP documentation bid evaluation and negotiation support.
- Maintain governance standards by coordinating compliance reviews documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the use of client-provided PMIS systems and ensure accurate data integration for project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in project closeout activities including punch list coordination warranty collection and preparation of as-built documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and scalability of AECOMs PMO services.
- Contribute to playbook development and oversight to standardize processes document best practices and ensure consistent delivery across programs and regions.
Support Asset Management delivery including:
- Performing technical analysis of asset portfolios and regulatory frameworks to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assisting in the development of strategic asset management plans (SAMP/AMP) business process guidance and technical recommendation reports.
- Conducting data-driven analysis to inform lifecycle optimization and actionable recommendations.
- Contributing to technical writing quality reviews and preparation of client-facing presentations.
- Supporting client engagement and proposal development activities including RFP analysis and response coordination.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience in program support data governance and operational process improvement within corporate real estate or large-scale project environments
Preferred Requirements
- MBA preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite dashboard (i.e. Power BI Tableau etc.) and implementation and operation of PMIS tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across global teams
