At Ancora Home Health and Hospice we are expanding our Employee Experience Team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Employee Experience Specialist who shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone.

COMPENSATION: $22-$25

STATUS: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-5pm

LOCATION: Wasilla AK

Job Summary

As an Employee Experience Specialist at Ancora Home Health and Hospice you will help support and coordinate all employee centric activities at Ancora Home Health and Hospice. This role is crucial in creating a great work environment strengthening team bonds increasing engagement and assisting with employee devices and programs essential to employee success.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

    1. High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
    2. 13 years of experience in customer service employee engagement technology or a related field.
    3. Proficiency with device and software technology in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word).
    4. Excellent organizational interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of staff.
    6. Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a passion for people.
