As a Sales Marketing & Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Work with new and existing clients across the engineering manufacturing and construction sectors
- Recruit across a wide range of commercial roles - from business operational staff to experienced sales or marketing professionals
- Use your expertise to source qualify and place top talent
- Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates building long-term relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell other divisions
What Were Looking For:
- 1-2 years experience in office-based Customer Service or Account management
- A confident professional with experience in both inbound and outbound calling
- A forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
- Resilient positive and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Full UK driving licence is essential
