Job Summary

A well-established private practice group with over 35 years of experience and more than 15 offices across Ohio is seeking a full-time Hearing Care Provider for its Northern Dayton OH location . This practice has built its reputation on exceptional hearing care while also operating with a retail-oriented model to ensure accessibility and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine diagnostics and hearing assessments for adult patients
  • Provide patient counseling and hearing aid recommendations
  • Dispense hearing aids and follow up with patients on outcomes
  • Support business growth through meeting monthly office performance and KPI targets
  • Collaborate with office staff to maintain smooth operations and high patient satisfaction
