Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Alternate Director of Nursing (ADON) positionin the Jasperarea.
Job Description:
TheADONwill supervise staff facilitate IDT meetings and inform staff of new policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing will assistwith recruitment retention and training of the nurses and other clinical staff and in givingdirection and guidanceto all patient care services.
Qualifications:
- LicensedRNin the State ofTexas- required
- 5 years experience as an RN with management experience- required
- BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience -required
- Experience with Hospice or home health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background checkdrug screen and driving record
