Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center outpatient inpatient partial hospitalization (day programs) assessment and testing residential addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response employee assistance programs forensic psychiatry and psychology and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses psychologists advanced practice providers psychiatrists and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

What Will You Do

As a Support Staff Supervisor at Pine Rest youll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and a group of staff performing routine (answering telephones sorting and filing) to semi-complex (maintaining records scheduling screening calls medication ordering typing researching and correcting filing and other non-routine clerical errors) administrative work. Uses discretion and judgment when assigning workloads screening visitors and telephone calls and organizing own workload to meet established priorities. Provides and oversees administrative support and staff for the division department or group.

What Does This Role Require

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of supervisory work experience.

  • Completion of high school and additional training related to duties above.
