RN Pediatric Nurse Manager Educator

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aClinical Manager (RN required) to join our Warwick RI Pediatrics & Adult Nursing Home Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages in their homes.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager/Educator:

• Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Work with to train and support new hires and students through our Nurse residency Program.
• Continue education and coaching for new and current employees.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments throughout the sate of RI.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise LPNs RNs in the field.
  
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager/Educator:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Education or Precepting experience preferred.
