THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Payments & Bank Reconciliation Analystfor a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Generate and manage payment proposals in alignment with company policies and cash flow priorities;
- Reconcile payments against invoices and bank statements including handling exceptions and discrepancies;
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity;
- Apply internal controls and procedures in compliance with corporate governance standards.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting Economics Business Management or a related field;
- Proven professional experience as an Accounting Officer or in a similar finance-related role;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook);
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems preferably SAP or Oracle;
- Fluency in bothPortuguese and English(written & spoken).
