Assist teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored learning plans
Contribute to a positive classroom environment and wider school community ethos
Person Specification
Degree in Religious Studies Sociology Theology or a related discipline
Previous experience supporting young people desirable (e.g. mentoring tutoring youth groups or community projects)
Strong communication and empathy skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students
A patient proactive graduate who is passionate about education and young peoples development
