Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our technical team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Odoos framework and be capable of developing and customizing modules as well as integrating Odoo with external systems through APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Integrate Odoo with external platforms and third-party applications via RESTful APIs.
Design and implement automated workflows and data exchanges between Odoo and other business tools (e.g. accounting CRM HR systems).
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and customizations.
Generate reports using QWeb/XML and Odoos reporting engine.
Debug and fix issues related to module performance data flow or API communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

12 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Proficiency in Python and understanding of Odoo ORM.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
Good experience in working with REST APIs and web service integration.
Familiarity with core Odoo modules (especially HR MRP and Sales).
Ability to write XML views and QWeb reports.
Comfortable using Git and working in Linux environments.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with Odoo Enterprise (v18).
Exposure to or Odoo Online.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JS).
Ability to work independently and deliver clean well-documented code.
