Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and inspiring Art Teacherto teach GCSE and A-Level at a leading Independent School in Dorset. This highly respected independent day and boarding school educates pupils aged 318 and is known for its dynamic arts provision. Student work is regularly showcased at regional and national exhibitions with many progressing to top art colleges and universities.
About the Role
This full-time position starts in January. You will teach Art across KS3KS5 supporting students through both academic and creative challenges while contributing to the departments strong extracurricular programme including art clubs gallery visits and community projects.
Requirements
- A degree in Fine Art or a related subject
- QTS (or overseas equivalent)
- Experience teaching Art at GCSE and A-Level
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
- Commitment to supporting extracurricular art events and exhibitions
Salary
Independent school pay scale above national averages with additional allowances or accommodation available.
