About the Role
Were looking for an IT Support & Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure & DevOps team. This is a hands-on foundational role focused on building and maintaining internal IT systems from the ground up. Youll be the go-to person for all things IT in our London office helping us establish secure reliable infrastructure and supporting end-users across the business.
What Youll Do:
In this role youll take ownership of key responsibilities that help drive team and business success. Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting up and managing laptops desktops and AV equipment for the London office
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components across the business
- Building and maintaining secure Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
- Providing responsive technical support to end-users troubleshooting issues across Windows Mac and Linux systems
- Implementing security measures to protect company assets and data
- Managing Office 365 Active Directory and access permissions across platforms
- Creating and maintaining asset inventories and technical documentation
- Assessing IT needs and recommending upgrades or improvements
- Navigating change management with stakeholders and helping drive adoption of new systems
- Supporting the rollout of foundational IT processes and policies
What Youll Bring:
Were looking for someone with the skills experience and mindset to thrive in this role. Ideally youll have:
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Active Directory and endpoint security tools
- Familiarity with AV systems laptop provisioning and access management
- Comfort working across Windows Mac and Linux environments
- A proactive self-starting attitude and ability to work with minimal structure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise security and navigate stakeholder resistance with confidence
- Bonus: certifications like CompTIA A Microsoft or ITIL are a plus
