Location: Redditch Worcestershire (within easy reach of Birmingham and the West Midlands)

Salary: MPS/UPS dependent on experience

Your Role:
Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity for A-Level teaching depending on experience.
Engage and challenge students through practical experiments problem-solving and real-world applications of science.
Contribute to enrichment opportunities including STEM competitions eco-projects or cross-curricular initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive continued departmental success.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a degree in a Science discipline (Biology Chemistry Physics or related subject) and be working towards or hold QTS.
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for inspiring young learners.
Be a reflective practitioner with strong classroom management skills.
Be committed to contributing to wider school life and the academys ethos of success and inclusivity.
