Job Description
Requirements
- Experience running multiple large-scale End to End Test Cycles for Workday Financials deployments
- Experience building End to End Test Cycle Plan for Workday Financials deployment
- Familiarity with Workday Financials (more experience the better)
- Great communication skills
- Able to lead large groups through Testing
- Overall Work experience level 8-10 years minimum
Key Challenges
- One partner is currently experiencing difficulty with implementation
- Strong leadership needed to manage the testing phase and drive accountability
Testing Phase Requirements
- Needs:
- A dedicated Test Phase Manager to:
- Lead calls with 20 25 participants
- Ask detailed task updates and drive progress
- Be a strong leader and motivator throughout the testing cycle
- Establish trackers and systems for:
- Defect logging and resolution
- Progress monitoring and reporting
Cutover Phase
- Final phase: full shutdown of legacy systems
- Requires 100% flawless execution
- Workday Cutover experience is a strong nice-to-have could help extend their assignment
Workday Financials Modules in Scope
- Core Financials
- General Ledger (GL)
- Financial Accounting
- Integrations with unique accounting solutions
- Customer Accounts & Invoicing
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience Requirements:
- 8 10 years of overall professional experience
- Proven experience running multiple large-scale End-to-End Test Cycles for Workday Financials deployments
- Experience building End-to-End Test Cycle Plans for Workday Financials
- Strong familiarity with Workday Financials (the more experience the better)
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage large groups through testing cycles
- Comfortable driving accountability and managing status across teams
