Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support maintain and optimize financial systems and reporting processes in a fully remote environment. This role bridges finance and technology by ensuring system accuracy data integrity and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support and administer financial systems including ERP and reporting platforms
Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance
Maintain system configurations workflows and user access controls
Collaborate with finance IT and business teams to improve system performance
Assist with system upgrades testing and documentation
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field
2 years of experience in financial systems financial analysis or related roles
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP Workday)
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Additional Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be located within the U.S. throughout employment
