Job Description:

Value technology hiring a Data Architect for an onsite position in Wilmington DE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data modeling using Erwin and a solid background in databases data warehousing and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain data models to meet business needs
Use Erwin for both logical and physical data modeling
Work with various databases like SQL Server Oracle Postgres NoSQL and Snowflake
Develop and support data warehouse models including star schemas and ETL processes
Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation
Support cloud-native data architecture

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Erwin data modeling software
Deep understanding of data modeling principles and best practices
Solid SQL skills and experience with different DBMS
Experience with data warehousing concepts

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of PCI compliance and security standards like Tokenization and Encryption
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on data design
Background in the Credit Card or Financial Services industry
