Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support and optimize Epic Clindoc and Case Management modules for healthcare organizations in a fully remote role
- Analyze design build test and implement clinical documentation and case management workflows
- Collaborate with clinical nursing and care coordination teams to understand and meet documentation and process needs
- Configure and maintain Epic documentation templates smart forms and care plans
- Enhance system support for transitions of care discharge planning and utilization review
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical documentation and case management
- Participate in system upgrades testing and go-live activities
- Provide training and support to end-users and fellow analysts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Epic best practices
- Requires Epic Clindoc Certification (current) strong Epic case management experience and at least 4 years of relevant healthcare IT/EHR experience
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows care coordination and discharge planning is essential
