- Develop maintain and provide end-user support for Tax & Revenue Accounting Systems within a Government Taxation organization.
- Perform systems analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems.
- Program in Java within an IBM environment using Rational Application Developer (RAD) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Design develop and support database applications using IBM AIX DB2.
- Work in mainframe environments utilizing IBM MVS JCL TSO (Terminal Sharing Option) and CICS.
- Integrate and support systems using IBM MQ-Series.
- Develop and maintain COBOL programs in an IBM Mainframe Environment.
- Write comprehensive technical design specification documents for complex component-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business and user requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the software development lifecycle.
