Job Description
We are PastaHR a fast-growing startup based in Zurich and help companies to hire deskless workers more efficiently with AI (e.g. nurses electricians truck drivers retail personnel and thousands of other jobs).
We are a Top 100 Swiss Startup and work with well-known enterprise customers in healthcare retail logistics building services etc. such as Coop Siemens Meier Tobler ALDI SUISSE or Autogrill.
As a Product Engineer youll join our team in the earliest days have a lot of impact/responsibility from day one learn a ton and have a lot of fun!
Tasks
- As a Product Engineer you will implement features from first ideation to production.
- You will work across the stack from database migrations to the final UX/UI implementation using state-of-the-art technologies (from shadcn to the newest LLMs).
- You will join our company as one of the first engineers and grow PastaHR from the earliest days on.
- You will ship high-quality work fast with your first PR in the first week as you get hands-on with our product.
- This role goes beyond just coding: you will also join selected customer calls and feedback sessions to understand pain points firsthand so that we build solutions to real problems our users face not just features for the sake of it.
- You will collaborate directly with the founders and early team learning fast and shaping both the product and the engineering culture.
Requirements
- You love the craft of building software and are proud of the work you do.
- You are a fast learner and super motivated to go the extra mile.
- You have hands-on experience with TypeScript and ideally React/NextJS.
- The depth and quality of your experience matter more to us than the duration. However you should have a minimum of two years of professional development experience.
- We believe that past achievements and work reveal much about a candidates skills and motivation. So be ready to showcase your most impressive projects!
