Job Description
- Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business analytics and reporting.
- Integrate transform and manage large complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with the data governance and privacy standards.
- Optimize data workflows for performance reliability and scalability.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in data engineering including building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python SQL or Scala.
- Experience with data warehousing big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark AWS GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
