Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals.
Lead recruitment onboarding and retention initiatives.
Oversee training performance management and leadership development.
Manage employee relations engagement and culture-building programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and dealership industry regulations.
Oversee compensation benefits and HR policies.
Drive HR operations reporting and process improvements across dealerships.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Masters/SHRM certification preferred).
10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in senior leadership.
Automotive retail / dealership group experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage a multi-location high-volume workforce.
