Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Masters/SHRM certification preferred).
10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in senior leadership.
Automotive retail / dealership group experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage a multi-location high-volume workforce.
Exceptional leadership communication and people skills.
