Job Description
CX Pre Sales Lead Insurance / Healthcare & Life Sciences
Location: NY/NJ Full-Time
We are seeking a CX Pre Sales Lead to drive customer experience transformation for clients in the Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. This role blends strategy solutioning and presales leadership to deliver innovative CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CX discovery workshops and maturity assessments
- Design CX solutions leveraging Conversational AI CCaaS CRM and workflow automation
- Build proposals solution decks demos and RFP responses
- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to transform customer journeys
- Craft ROI-driven value propositions aligned to CX metrics (NPS CSAT CES)
What Were Looking For
- 15 years in CX consulting presales or digital transformation
- Deep expertise with Conversational AI (Dialogflow Azure Bot Services) CCaaS (Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9) CRM and automation
- Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven presales leadership: proposals demos cost models and solutioning
- Bachelors or Masters in IT Data Science Business or related field
