Location: NY/NJ Full-Time

We are seeking a CX Pre Sales Lead to drive customer experience transformation for clients in the Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. This role blends strategy solutioning and presales leadership to deliver innovative CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead CX discovery workshops and maturity assessments
Design CX solutions leveraging Conversational AI CCaaS CRM and workflow automation
Build proposals solution decks demos and RFP responses
Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to transform customer journeys
Craft ROI-driven value propositions aligned to CX metrics (NPS CSAT CES)

What Were Looking For

15 years in CX consulting presales or digital transformation
Deep expertise with Conversational AI (Dialogflow Azure Bot Services) CCaaS (Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9) CRM and automation
Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven presales leadership: proposals demos cost models and solutioning
Bachelors or Masters in IT Data Science Business or related field
