Job Description
Security Risk Management Governance and Collaboration:
Develop and implement GRC integration plans for acquired entities(M&A) ensuring alignment with Medtronics
policies standards and culture
Facilitate the harmonization of compliance programs risk management processes and governance structures
post-merger
Support the alignment of security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security awareness and practices.
Assist in remediation efforts identified through risk assessments to mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Contribute to compliance activities with standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Support audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security frameworks.
Additional Skills:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles threat modeling and risk assessment.
Analytical mindset with problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced environments.
Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory standards
Assist in preparing reports on security risks and compliance for management review
