We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli counter. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service exceptional product quality and a welcoming customer experience
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage all deli operations including preparation display and sale of products.
- Supervise train and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels order supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health regulations.
- Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with management on product selection specials and seasonal offerings.
- Oversee cash handling reconciliation and reporting for the deli section.
Qualifications & Experience:- Proven experience in a deli café or food retail environment with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling storage and hygiene practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.
- Computer literate with experience in POS systems.
- MUSThave a valid drivers license andOWNreliable transport
