Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all deli operations including preparation display and sale of products.
Supervise train and motivate deli staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Monitor stock levels order supplies and manage inventory efficiently.

Maintain quality control standards for all products and presentations.

Oversee cash handling reconciliation and reporting for the deli section.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a deli café or food retail environment with supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.
Computer literate with experience in POS systems.
