About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC / Paid Media Specialist / Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Facebook/Instagram TikTok and email marketing platforms. This role requires a strategic analytical thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving results.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience.
- Bachelors degree.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport.
- Digital marketing certification (Google Facebook Udemy etc.).
- WordPress WooCommerce or Shopify experience.
- SEO knowledge.
- Lead generation experience.
Core Skills (Must Have)
- Facebook Business Manager: Campaign setup A/B testing retargeting Pixel/Conversions API custom conversions catalogue sync Advantage.
- Google MCC & Merchant Centre: Onboarding bid adjustments PMAX campaigns keyword research budget allocation retargeting.
- TikTok Business Manager: Campaign setup A/B testing catalogue sync conversions/events setup.
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo or similar): List management segmentation flow building.
- Proficiency with UTM setup and campaign tracking.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Soft Skills (Must Have)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
- Results-driven with problem-solving ability to pivot strategies when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads Facebook/Instagram TikTok and email platforms.
- Monitor and analyse performance making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams on engaging ad copy and creatives.
- Manage budgets bids and campaign pacing to maximise effectiveness.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with paid media and digital marketing trends testing new strategies and ad formats.
- Align paid media activities with broader marketing strategies.
