Tasks Activities Responsibilities
- To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified QHSE section.
- To perform an audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of social standards.
- To assimilate understand and operate the BV Certification Quality Management System in all activities relevant to the post.
- To control the overall performance of audit activities including any planning review and control of the other members of the audit team.
- Authority over whatever decisions is necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or otherwise of a certificate of approval.
- To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether certification should be granted or allowed to continue.
- To represent BV Certification where necessary to potential clients and to negotiate in conjunction with other responsible personnel appropriate contracts.
- To have primary responsibility for client contact during the audit and for the success of the contract delivery.
- To refer businesses and actively participate in identifying opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
- To assist in training other Auditors and Lead Auditors either during planned Audits or during other training functions.
- To undertake any other activities as directed by the Certification Manager and the Central District System Certification Services Business Line
- Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System QHSE policy Codes of Ethics and BV Groups policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science Quality Management or a related field.
- Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
- Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred.Experience of participated to 2nd Parties/ 3rd Parties audit will be a plus.
- 35 years of experience in QHSE auditing.
- Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills team work spirit.
- Good command of English both oral and written.
- Willing to travel frequently.

- Fluent in reading writing & speaking English is preferred
