Could you be the full-time Planner for Engineering (PB-PL-03) in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of depot activities optimizing resources and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Managers Production Managers and Operations Coordinators) coordinate train movements within the depot and ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of managing the 24-hour depot plan to meet customer safety and reliability requirements but also optimizing depot usage and minimizing service disruptions.
Well look to you for:
Providing up-to-date information on fleet status to internal and external customers
Scheduling maintenance exams to ensure fleet availability and contractual requirements are met
Prioritizing depot work to meet train availability needs
Reacting to train failures and infrastructure issues to minimize production impact
Collaborating with the Alstom Fleet Control team on planning matters
Supervising all vehicle movements within the depot
Promoting continuous improvement within the fleet team

Experience in planning within a maintenance environment
Relevant administrative qualifications
Knowledge of quality and safety systems
General understanding of rail vehicle maintenance requirements
Experience in a service site or production environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office SAP and planning tools like MS Project
Strong communication organizational and report-writing skills
Flexibility with working hours
Language proficiency in Country Language
