Your role
As an Electrical Engineer within the Completion Sustaining team you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions that require the development or improvement of new techniques procedures or products.
You will also contribute to planning conducting and evaluating approaches to ensure project objectives are achieved on time.
Your responsibilities :
- Provide support for PWA and MCM manufacturing (remote troubleshooting specifications test setup).
- Support electrical tool manufacturing (on-site troubleshooting to identify root cause from system to component level).
- Upgrade PCBs product specifications or production procedures.
- Conduct product qualification tests.
- Build and integrate new systems in the laboratory.
- Perform electrical tests in lab environments (oscilloscopes etc.).
- Provide technical support to end-users (design improvements documentation communication).
- Maintain and enhance electronic designs (digital communication etc.) and products (technical files components schematics assembly procedures manuals).
- Conduct Failure Analysis at board and/or system level.
Technologies & Environment :
Technical skills required:
- Strong command of English and French (spoken and written).
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes switches function generators multimeters spectrum analyzers power analyzers).
- Basic firmware skills (C / C).
- Familiar with CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge in at least some of the following areas (and willingness to learn step by step):
- Digital electronics (MCU Linux MCU FPGA etc.)
- Analog electronics
- Power electronics
- Communication interfaces
- Modulations
- PCB layout
- Tools: Cadence LTSpice TINA
- Programming: Python C
Your profile
- MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Service-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and French.
- Curious motivated and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Analytical mindset creative and innovative.
