Loop is looking for a strategic and hands-on People Operations leader to partner closely with the founders and senior leadership to build a world-class company and employee experience. Reporting directly to the CFO youll lead our People Operations team and own the design of HR systems policies and programs that enable Loop to scale through a period of hyper growth.
This is a critical role in our next phase of expansion. Youll play a central part in integrating HR practices across newly acquired companies ensuring that employees feel supported and aligned as we grow together. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment is comfortable navigating complex organizational change and is excited to build a scalable people infrastructure from the ground up.
