Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Lubrizol Southeast Asia (Pte) Ltd
Duration: 6 months or more

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR including training administration corporate benefits initiatives recruitment processes and digitalization projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Administration:
  • Support planning scheduling and coordination of employee training programs.
  • Assist in tracking training attendance feedback and records management.
  1. Corporate Benefits initiatives:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of employee wellness activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in the administration of corporate benefits initiatives.
  • Assist in logistics communication and employee engagement efforts.
  1. Recruitment Support:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist with screening resumes and supporting hiring activities.
  1. HR Digitalization Project:
  • Participate in the employee personnel file digitalization project.
  • Ensure accurate scanning indexing and organization of employee records.
  1. Any ad hoc tasks as per assigned

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management Business Administration Psychology or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Proactive eager to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
