Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Principal Product Manager to lead the development of AI and machine learning-based solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI product portfolio translating complex technologies into impactful business applications. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in data science engineering customer success and business leadership to deliver innovative AI capabilities that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for AI applications and capabilities.

  • Lead end-to-end product development for complex AI solutions including LLM-based and ML-based products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical product requirements.

  • Prioritise product features and decisions based on business impact technical feasibility and user needs.

  • Apply product frameworks and decision-making models to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate product direction.

  • Own product performance metrics and iterate based on feedback and data insights.

  • Champion responsible and ethical AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Prepare and lead case study evaluations during the hiring process to assess candidate fit.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building AI/ML products ideally from zero to one.

  • Strong technical understanding of AI systems including architecture data pipelines and model integration.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across CS tech data science and business leadership.

  • Experience applying product management frameworks in technical environments.

  • Ability to break down complex problems prioritise effectively and drive clarity in decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Background in product management with a focus on AI; engineering experience is a plus but not .

  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as TensorFlow PyTorch AWS/Azure/GCP and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering AI or related field.

  • 5 years in product management with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solutions.

  • Experience in launching AI products that achieved strong adoption and business impact.

  • Understanding of ethical and regulatory considerations in AI development.
