As one of our Bricklayer (Multi Skilled) you will carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service along with an ethos of Right First Time always completing a repair where practicable in one visit ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.
You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative including associated works across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchesters owned and managed properties.
You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance repair refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes. You will be agile travelling directly to your first job utilising a company vehicle.
Critical knowledge skills and experience required:
To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard
Evidence of key competencies specifically in bricklaying (core trade) and groundwork.
Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
As youll be visiting our properties throughout Manchester so you must have a full UK driving licence.
